Your Role

As a Python Developer at BackrZone, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing our crowdfunding infrastructure, ensuring a high-performance, scalable, and secure platform for backers and campaign creators. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with modern tech stacks, and implement blockchain-integrated payment solutions while maintaining best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain BackrZone’s crowdfunding platform, ensuring high performance and security.
• Build and enhance backend APIs, payment processing systems, and real-time crowdfunding analytics using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).
• Implement secure financial transactions, integrating cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum) and traditional payment gateways.
• Work with smart contracts and blockchain technology to ensure transparency in crowdfunding transactions.
• Enhance database performance using PostgreSQL, Redis, and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to develop seamless API integrations for real-time campaign updates.
• Optimize cloud-based deployment solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) for high availability and scalability.
• Implement automated testing (PyTest, Unittest) and CI/CD pipelines for continuous development and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest Python frameworks, security best practices, and fintech trends.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

✔ 5+ years of experience in Python development with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
✔ Strong experience in RESTful API development, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment.
✔ Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or NoSQL databases.
✔ Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
✔ Experience with OAuth, JWT, and secure authentication/authorization.
✔ Knowledge of asynchronous programming, Celery, and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
✔ Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and cryptocurrency transactions.
✔ Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Vue.js, or Angular) for API collaboration.
✔ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Nice-to-Have:

➕ Experience with AI-driven analytics, machine learning, and recommendation engines.
➕ Knowledge of Stripe, PayPal, and alternative payment processing solutions.
➕ Prior experience in fintech, crowdfunding, or blockchain development.
