No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of crowdfunding, all contributions are final and non-refundable. Users must carefully consider their contributions before committing.

Fraudulent Campaigns

If a campaign is found to be fraudulent or violates our terms, Backrzone INC reserves the right to investigate the matter. Refunds may be issued at our discretion, subject to thorough review.

Refund Requests

Users who believe they have been misled must submit a refund request within 14 days of the transaction. Requests must include proof of fraudulent behavior or non-compliance by the campaign owner.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Exceptions

Backrzone INC is not responsible for refunds outside of fraudulent cases or technical payment errors. Campaign owners must manage their own refund policies for backers where applicable.
